Celtic Business Park forms part of St. Modwen’s wider £1bn Glan Llyn regeneration which involves 600 acres for 4,000 new homes, new schools, public open space and a local centre.
Amazon occupied the first 50,000 sq ft and CAF’s train assembly facility comprises 165,000 sq ft to the rear of the site. Units 2 & 3 will complete speculatively through 2019 and offer occupiers 29,500 sq ft and 100,000 sq ft respectively.
Build to suit opportunities can be accommodated to reflect occupier’s specific requirements, upto 1m sq ft.
